Donations

RAIN International Seed Revolution Team led by Triple Black Rain Diamond Dino Nedelko and Black Rain Diamond Shayo Alofe visited the center today with PLENTY OF FOOD. This is part of the good causes outreach of the team.  We are all delighted to have them visit.

2020  We had the pleasure of  welcoming the team from Tekena Ikoko ‘s Mould Africa under the leadership of Ms. Fiyinfolu Falodun, at the center to start a series of activities under the Organisation’ s ‘gratitude project’ which SDCRI center has been selected for. These are professional educators and mentors who were able to captivate the children with stories, reading, tongue twisters, challenge their minds and show us how it is done. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity, and we look forward to the continuation of this program.

Reunited

Ayomide has been reunited and fully reintegrated with his family. He joined the center two years ago after running away from home multiple times to spend time on the streets. He never once tried to run away while at the centre and his uncle has constantly visited, contributed one thing or the other to the center to support him and shown that the family really want the best for him. We are quite confident that he has stabilised enough to rejoin his family and that the family is also able to provide the emotional stability that he needs. He is already being registered in school. A big shout out to Bode and his team who have supported him in the past couple of years.

NYSC

Congratulations to SDCRI. We achieved a new landmark today. We got our first Youth Corp Member posted to us. The National Youth Corps Scheme (NYSC) is the compulsory year each graduate serves the nation. The Corp members are posted to states other than their own states and are posted to work in places that are inspected, accredited and recognised by the government. This is a very big asset to our work and we are super happy. Welcome to our Youth Corp Members
